A production cel from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series "The Jetsons" (c.1960s). Featuring George Jetson and Mr. Spacely in military uniforms, the hand-painted cel was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The cel is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the episode entitled "G.I. Jetson," which aired on January 27, 1963. Measuring 10.5"x12.5" overall, with a character image measuring 4.25"x5", the cel is in very good condition with the layers sticking together slightly and the bottom left corner of one cel layer torn away. The cel is paired with a color copy reproduction background.
